Terms and conditions for Marketing Survey

1. The marketing survey will be broadcast twice at selected dates and times.
2. A copy of the survey can be found on here.
3. The closing date/time for completed responses will be mid-night on October 31st 2010.
4. Entries received after the closing will not be legible.
5. All legible responses will be entered into the prize draw.
6. The prize draw will take place week commencing November 15th 2010.
7. The winner will be selected at random by a Gemini representative.
8. No Gemini representative, family member or friend will be taking part.
9. The winner will be notified prior to the announcement date, which will be made during week commencing December 13th 2010.
10. Details of the winner will be taken at that time for the purposes of issuing the vouchers.
11. The £50 or €60 or $80 (depending on preferred currency) voucher prize will be with Amazon.co.uk
12. Terms and conditions of Amazon.co.uk will then apply.
13. There will be no second or third prizes.
14. Vouchers will be issued within 7 working days of winner notification.
15. Judges decision is final.
