GTS was one of the first UK translation agencies to gain the ISO9001 Registered Firm status, something which we still enjoy and maintain today.

Everything we do follows a quality plan to help deliver better results for the people we serve - you the customer.

GTS are corporate members of Proz.com (the on-line translators community), regional trade members of Business Link plus some staff are members of the Chartered Institute of Linguists.

Via our trading division STB we are members of the Association of Translation Companies and members of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to documented quality plans, we also operate the following quality controls:
  • Second stage independent proofreading and revision
  • Double blind back translation
  • Editing
  • Localisation
  • Hybrid translations

To assist in your SOP requirements particularly if you are an intermediary or agent for the end-user, we are pleased to issue Declarations upon project completion to confirm translation authenticity.

For many clients the presence of a Master Services Agreement (MSA) adds reassurance to the working relationship and clearly sets out expectations, pricing and delivery times. Please ask for further details.

Encryption and password protection facilities can and will be used in conjunction with the signing and entering into of a Non-Disclosure or Secrecy Agreement. Again, please ask for details when calling.

GTS operates a strict documented supplier selection policy. Through careful service monitoring, suppliers will be changed where key indicators underperform as part of an ongoing programme to help maintain the highest levels of quality and service.

GTS operates Secrecy Agreements with all its suppliers to ensure total client confidentiality during the procurement of an order. Bespoke agreements can be entered into for more sensitive projects.

Those clients opting to have GTS integrate Translation Memory will also benefit from additional QC features at every stage of the production cycle.

A member of staff will be pleased to discuss in detail our quality plans and aims.
